Works on energy, Power-to-X, carbon markets and regional logistics projects, with extended scope across Latin America.

Bachelor in International Trade (UA). Master in International Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil). Her practice covers the complete chain of international operations —operations structuring, maquila, contracts, international procurement, freight forwarding, customs clearance and port and navigation operations— with experience in grains and forestry sectors.

Demand forecasting, predictive models, machine learning applied to operations and construction of web dashboards for recurring decision-making.

Academic co-research

Working papers and joint publications with Paraguayan and regional academic institutions. Strand separate from the commercial services.

The core + network model is not a limitation in front of large buyers: it is an explicit design. It allows adjusting the team to the real project scope, maintaining competitive costs and sustaining technical quality without overhead from a permanent idle team. When the project requires greater capacity, the network is activated.
